TURNBUCKLES

We are now offering different turnbuckle options. Our Rings come with the Jaw/Jaw type as standard as this allows the turnbuckle to attach directly to the ring post and the rope rings however the other options can be used with our rings with the right adapters

Although there will be other factors such as how you attach the turnbuckle to your post and ropes and how far the turnbuckle is done up when the ropes are tight that will effect the size of apron given but as a general rule a 300mm overall length will give you an 8 inch apron, while a 425mm overall length will give you a 12 inch apron

NB. We use the M10 turnbuckles for our 10ft spacesaver rings and the M12 as standard for the rest of our ring sizes giving about a 12" Apron.
If you are using the Eye to Eye or Eye to Hook Turnbuckles you may need D-Shackles to attach them to your Posts or Bow Shackles to replace the Loops on your Ropes.
