Deliveries - UK

Ring and cage deliveries in the UK will be made by Van. Please contact with your postcode for a delivery quote. Please note our standard delivery will be a drop off only, assembly instructions will be provided. 

Parts and accessories are delivered by carrier, or by post. Carrier deliveries will advise an hour slot on the morning of delivery. 

Deliveries - Europe

Ring and cage deliveries to Europe are usually by pallet. You will be responsible for unloading the pallet from the lorry. If this is something you intend to do by hand, please be aware the shipping company will expect this to be completed within a reasonable time. If breaking down the pallet in this way, please take care not to leave any part of your ring on the lorry. 

 Please contact with your full delivery address and whether delivery is to a business or individual, for a quote.

To enable customs clearance it will be necessary for you to appoint either our shipping company to act for you, or you own customs agent. It is also necessary for you as a company or individual to have or apply for an EORI number.

Please be aware that while we have been assured that we have a free trade deal following on from Brexit, it is your responsibility to check out any domestic taxes or duties that may be added at your end.
